Domed Copper Earrings

This is a fun pair of recycled copper earrings. I took some scrap copper, flattened it through my rolling mill and embossed it with a random organic pattern. The copper was then hammered into a dome and a back was soldered on. These earrings hang from sterling silver french earring hooks and is finished with a patina to bring out some of the embossed pattern. The measure 1" in diameter and the weight is very comfortable.
