Shipping policy

All items are provided free shipping and insurance to cover item in case of loss.  Rose Metals will not cover the cost of a lost item that is being returned to us for a refund or exchange.  It is the customers responsibility to purchase additional insurance to cover the cost of the lost item if returning the items.
